b'Le Beauvallon Luxury SectorThe concept of luxury was as important in ancient Western and Eastern empires as it is in modern day society. For us, offering luxury, be it products or ser-vices, is not only an economic investment but also one that requires great investment in time and effort fo-cused on the customer.Recent global and political upheavals have made people more conscious of spending quality time with family and friends. Offering privacy and space that allows time together is becoming more and more im-portant. We adhere to the old fashioned notion that the appeal of real luxury lies in its exclusivity. Our projects in this sector are built around a vi-sion and core values that stretch far beyond conven-tional perceptions of luxury and must be extraordi-nary, original and difficult to come by elsewhere. We feel that the following projects deliver this vision on several levels.Le BeauvallonThe Bay of St TropezFranceLe Beauvallon is just shy of its centenary celebra-tions. This majestic Belle poque palace is returning to its original incarnation as a discrete, private haven for invited guests. In the golden age of the Riviera, guests to Le Beau-vallon included Lady Churchill, the Rockefeller fam-ily and Colette, who wrote of its peace and tranquil-lity. This iconic former hotel is the only remaining in-dependent Belle poque palace between Cannes and Marseilles. When it re-opens after extensive renova-tions it will be reserved solely for private residential stays of one week or longer. The estate will welcome up to 100 guests in 35 suites and 15 entourage rooms for one-of-a-kind holidays, celebrations and special occasions. We believe that emerging market customers will find the appeal of a private world dedicated exclusively to serving them comforting and appealing. 29'
